With the Lawrencetown Split, I had the pleasure of working with a wonderful young couple who had just purchased their first home. They were eager to transform their downstairs family room into a versatile, welcoming space that would suit their lifestyle now and grow with them in the future. It needed to be a cozy retreat for movie nights, a great setup for gaming, a potential play area for future kids, and a functional workspace for one of them to work from home. Soundproofing was also a priority, particularly around the office area and TV zone.

The clients would be doing the actual renovation work on the space themselves, our role was to bring their vision to life by crafting a cohesive design plan. We created mood boards, renderings, floor plans, and lighting plans, ensuring they had a clear roadmap to follow. The result was a thoughtfully designed space tailored to their needs—one that would evolve along with their family.
